Christina “Chrissy” Basso is the founder of Allure Aesthetics of Bel Air and a Registered Nurse with over a decade of nursing experience. Her diverse clinical background includes emergency medicine, surgery, post-operative care, nephrology, and medical aesthetics, providing her with a strong medical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of patient care. Her passion for aesthetics, combined with her commitment to safety and clinical excellence, allows her to deliver results that are both beautiful and natural.
Chrissy believes that the best aesthetic treatments are undetectable. She takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to every patient, carefully listening to their concerns and developing treatment plans that enhance their natural features rather than change them. She is committed to educating her patients, setting realistic expectations, and ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout every step of their aesthetic journey.
Committed to excellence, Chrissy has received extensive advanced training in medical aesthetics and continues to pursue ongoing education through national and international trainings to remain at the forefront of the industry’s latest techniques and innovations. She is currently furthering her education by pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University, reinforcing her commitment to lifelong learning and exceptional patient care.
Chrissy specializes in full face rejuvenation using neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments, and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures. Stacy Strawbridge
With over 15 years of experience in dermatology and skincare, Stacy is a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (SMA) and Licensed Medical Aesthetician passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through evidence-based treatments and medical-grade skincare.
Stacy began her career in 2009 as a surgical assistant and Histotechnician, where she gained experience assisting with dermatologic procedures white working alongside respected dermatologists. In 2018, she earned her Aesthetician license, expanding her knowledge of advanced skincare treatments while training under renowned plastic surgeons in the Baltimore area.
Stacy specializes in improving skin health through customized skincare regiments and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. She is passionate about educating patients on proper skincare and helping them feel confident in their skin through safe, effective, and results-driven treatments.
Her areas of expertise include Hydrofacials, dermaplaning, medical-grade skincare, chemical peels, and overall skin rejuvenation. Stacy is committed to continuing education and staying current with the latest advancements in skincare to provide the highest quality care for every patient.
Victoria Anacay
As Office Manager at Allure Aesthetics of Bel Air, Victoria brings a diverse background in business management, marketing, customer relations, and the beauty industry. From keeping the office running smoothly and schedules fully booked to coordinating marketing initiatives and planning fabulous clinic events, she plays a vital role in the daily success of the practice.
Known for her positive energy and passion for helping others, Victoria is often the first point of contact for patients and is committed to making every experience seamless, welcoming, and enjoyable. Whether she's answering questions, helping clients choose the right treatments, scheduling appointments, or assisting with their next glow-up, she's always ready to help and prides herself on being available whenever patients need guidance.

Her attention to detail, passion for aesthetics, and commitment to creating an outstanding patient experience help ensure that each person who walks through Allure's doors feels valued, confident, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
Kelsey Terrones, MSN, FNP, CRNP-C, FMP-C
Kelsey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and serves as the Medical Director of Allure Aesthetics of Bel Air. With advanced training in Functional Medicine, she is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care that focuses on overall health and wellness.
As Medical Director, Kelsey provides medical oversight and clinical guidance to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are upheld throughout the practice. Her expertise and commitment to excellence support the delivery of safe, effective, and individualized aesthetic care for every patient.
Kelsey is passionate about continuing education and staying current with advancements in healthcare. She believes in treating the whole person and is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health while supporting the highest level of care at Allure Aesthetics.
Christie Williams, RN
Christie began her nursing career in 2014 as an operating room nurse, where precision, attention to detail, and patient safety have been at the heart of everything she does. That experience shaped the way she cares for every patient—with honesty, compassion, and a commitment to doing what's best for you.
She was drawn to aesthetic nursing because she loves helping people feel more confident while still looking like themselves. Her approach is never about changing who you are—it's about enhancing your natural features in a way that feels balanced, refreshed, and authentically you. She believes the best results are the ones that leave people saying, "You look amazing," without being able to tell exactly why.
